The AI meeting recorder
that keeps your audio private

Parley records in the room, transcribes on your phone, and turns every conversation into summaries, action items and answers you can search. The audio itself never leaves your device.

Summaries that only say what was said Parley: the AI meeting recorder that keeps your audio private Understand

Real app screenshots, demo data

Everything you need to never lose a meeting

Record it once. Parley turns it into notes you can trust, search and act on.

Capture

Records in the room, works with any platform

One tap starts a recording that survives a locked screen, app switching and hour-long meetings, with the transcript filling in live while people speak. Because Parley listens in the room, it works with Teams, Meet, Zoom, calls on speaker, lectures and plain conversations: every platform, and no platform at all.

  • Keeps recording with the screen off
  • Live transcript while people talk
  • Quick record straight from the lock screen

Private transcription

Transcribed on your phone, not in the cloud

Speech recognition runs entirely on your phone with a downloaded model. There is no network call anywhere in the transcription path: not to us, not to anyone. Speaker separation happens on-device too, and with opt-in voice recognition, people you enroll are named automatically.

  • 25 European languages
  • Automatic who-said-what
  • Works in airplane mode

Understand

Summaries that only say what was said

Every recording becomes a clear summary with topics, action items with assignees, decisions and promises. Four templates for business, personal, lecture and medical conversations extract the fields that matter for each. Strict anti-fabrication rules mean Parley writes down only what was actually said.

  • Action items with named assignees
  • Business, personal, lecture and medical templates
  • Summaries in the language you spoke

Ask & Act

Ask your meetings, then act on them

Ask Parley questions across everything you recorded: "what did Maria promise last week?" gets an answer with tappable sources. Then let the assistant act: one message becomes a composed email plus a calendar invite, and nothing is ever sent without your explicit yes.

  • Answers cite the exact meeting
  • Email and calendar from one chat message
  • You approve every action before it happens

Connect

Meetings you did not record still land in Parley

Teams and Meet call transcripts import automatically after the call, and .vtt files import from any source. Opt-in connectors send summaries silently through your own Gmail and put follow-ups in Google Calendar or Outlook. Without connectors, everything opens pre-filled: you just press send.

Questions, honest answers

Is my audio uploaded anywhere?

No. Transcription runs on a speech model downloaded to your phone; there is no network call in the recording or transcription path. Only the finished text transcript is sent to the cloud, and only to generate the summary.

Which languages can it transcribe?

25 European languages that use the Latin alphabet, including English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch. Speech in other scripts is deliberately dropped rather than mis-transcribed, and summaries come back in the language you spoke.

Does it work with Zoom, Teams, Meet or phone calls?

Yes. Parley records the room through your phone's microphone, so it captures any call playing out loud, any in-person meeting and any lecture: no bots, no plugins, no platform account.

Does Teams import work for meetings I did not host?

Auto-import covers Teams calls hosted by you or your organization, looks back 3 days, and only works when transcription was on during the call. Meet transcripts exist only for Workspace-hosted calls. For anything else, import the .vtt export: that works from any source, no account needed.

What happens when I am offline?

Recording, live transcription, speaker separation and local notes work with no connection at all. Summaries need the cloud, so they are saved with a "will summarize" status and run automatically when you are back online.

Do I need an account?

Not for the core. Recording, transcription and local notes work signed out. Sign-in exists for two things: cloud AI summaries and syncing your notes across devices.

How does speaker recognition work?

Speaker separation into Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on is automatic and on-device. Naming people automatically uses voiceprints, which are biometric and off by default: you opt in, enroll a voice from a meeting or a short sample, and can delete any enrolled voice at any time.

How do I delete my data?

Settings has one "Delete all my data" button. It wipes local audio and notes, erases your cloud collections, revokes every connected account, and restarts the app.

What can I do on the web?

Read everything: summaries, transcripts, folders, tasks and trends, synced from your phone. Recording and audio playback stay on the phone, because audio never syncs.

What does it cost?

Recording and transcription are free and unlimited. AI summaries are metered by audio hours: your first month includes 10 free hours, then plans start at €5 per month for 10 hours.

Never lose a meeting again.

Record on your phone, read anywhere. Your first month of AI summaries is free.
